Terms of Service

By accessing or using ExamReady (“the service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and by our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

ExamReady provides free and premium mock exams and practice tools — including AI-graded writing and speaking feedback — for certifications such as IELTS, MULTILEVEL, SAT, Teacher Attestation, and DTM.

ExamReady is an independent preparation platform. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to IELTS, the British Council, IDP, Cambridge Assessment, the College Board, ETS, or any other official examination body. Names of exams are used only to describe the format our practice materials follow. Scores and band estimates we provide are practice indicators only and are not official results and do not guarantee any outcome on a real exam.

• •You must provide accurate information when registering and keep your login credentials secure.
• •You are responsible for all activity that happens under your account.
• •You may not share your account, and each account is for a single individual unless it is a designated learning-center account.
• •You must have the legal capacity to enter into these terms, or use the service with the consent and supervision of a parent, guardian, or teacher.

• •Free content is available at no cost. Premium content requires a paid plan or credits.
• •Credits are consumed when you start a premium mock; the credit cost of each exam is shown before you begin.
• •Pro grants full premium access for its term. Learning Center plans grant a center premium access within an agreed exam category and provide a join code for its students.
• •Payments are currently arranged manually. Access is activated once payment is confirmed. Prices are shown in the currency indicated on the pricing page.
• •Except where required by law, payments for digital access and consumed credits are non-refundable.

You agree not to:

• •Copy, redistribute, resell, or publicly post our exam content, questions, or answer keys.
• •Scrape, crawl, or use automated means to extract content or overload the service.
• •Share, sell, or transfer your account or a learning-center join code to unauthorised users.
• •Attempt to bypass access controls, credit limits, or security measures.
• •Upload unlawful, harmful, or infringing content, or use the service to harass others.
• •Misuse the AI feedback features, including submitting content you have no right to submit.

You retain ownership of the essays and recordings you submit. By submitting them, you grant us the permission needed to store, process, and send them to our AI grading provider so we can generate your feedback and show you your history, as described in our Privacy Policy.

The ExamReady platform, its design, and its practice materials are owned by ExamReady and protected by applicable laws. We grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable licence to use the service and its content for your own exam preparation only.

AI-generated scores and feedback are produced automatically and are intended as a study aid. They may contain errors and will not always match the judgement of official examiners. Do not rely on them as a definitive assessment of your ability or as a prediction of your official exam result.

The service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that results obtained from it will be accurate or reliable.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ExamReady and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, results, or opportunities arising from your use of — or inability to use — the service. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid us for the service in the preceding twelve months.

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or that we reasonably believe are being used fraudulently or abusively. On termination, your right to access the service ends.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Disputes will be subject to the competent courts of Uzbekistan, unless mandatory local law provides otherwise.

We may update these terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the “Last updated” date above. Your continued use of the service after changes take effect means you accept the revised terms.
